Property Management Operations Services
This includes general administration, financial management, engineering and facility operations and maintenance, security and safety management services, facility housekeeping, sanitation and janitorial; facility upgrade and improvements, centralized service desk and takeover services.

In-Room Maintenance Management Services
Services covered are air conditioning maintenance, on-call services for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry and telecommunications; and fit-out/ renovation supervision.

Lease and Sales Managament
